The soap dishes of the Starr Collection are handmade, low-fire clay pieces. Each piece is created by pressing crocheted lace pieces made by my great-great grandmother, Susie Savanna Starr, into a clay slab.

All h.made studio functional pieces are dishwasher safe, but handmade always prefers to be hand washed.
